The People of Sziget Festival

The Sziget festival has not yet even fully started as yesterday was only 0 day, but I already managed to spend 3 days on the Óbudai Island (tent building on day -2) and I am so amazed that I can’t imagine how great would the full days be. The festival is expecting to welcome 400,000 visitors and it has been sold out for the very first time in its history (although there are still some day tickets available).

The first two days were in the sign of SUN – sun everywhere, sun very intensive, sun in people and even after the sun went down, you could still feel it coming from everything around you. I turned into a lobster!

I started persuading my friend Zsolt to come to Sziget too as he lives in Budapest and would probably have an evening to spend at the Island. One of my arguments was the PEOPLE so it made me thinking into creating a gallery of people that are enjoying themselves at the festival their very own way:
